High Precision Micro Molding Solutions
Product Engineering
We translate your ideas into practical, manufacturable designs. Our team supports product ideation, concept sketches, system layout, 3D modeling, prototyping, and design for manufacturability and assembly (DFM/DFA). Every detail is engineered for performance and cost-efficiency.
Tool Design
We specialize in advanced and high-performance materials such as PEEK, PEI, glass-filled LCP, TPU, and TPE. Whether for 2K/3K molding or micro applications, we choose and handle resins based on functionality, complexity, and compatibility to achieve the best results.
Tool Fabrication
Cyrus builds all molds internally using state-of-the-art Japanese equipment. Our capabilities include micro molds, 2K/3K molds, insert molds, unscrewing molds, and complex mechanism molds. Most tooling is fabricated under a microscope to meet tolerances below 10 microns.
Advanced Micro Molding
With extensive experience in scientific molding, we handle intricate and miniature components with ease. Our services include mold flow analysis, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, DFM/DFQ review, and root cause failure analysis to ensure reliable, scalable production processes.
Metrology & Measurement
We develop customized fixtures, automated vision systems, and non-contact measurement setups for each unique part. All systems are validated using Gauge R&R. For complex GD&T specs, we utilize CT scanning to achieve accurate dimensional verification.
